Payment Plans

We understand that investing in quality reptiles is a big decision. That’s why we offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis—just reach out directly and we’ll be happy to discuss an arrangement that works for both of us.

  • A nonrefundable deposit is required to hold any animal.
  • The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed deadline.
  • If the plan is not completed, all payments will be considered forfeit.

Transparency is key—please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Shipping Policy

We highly recommend hub-to-hub shipping to ensure the safest delivery experience possible. If you choose door-to-door delivery for any reason, please note:

  • The buyer assumes full responsibility for any delays or mishandling.
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We only ship when weather and logistics are safe for the animals, and we’ll work closely with you to choose the best shipping window.

Health & Sex Guarantee

All animals sold by Small Town Xotics are:

  • 100% guaranteed healthy and correctly sexed
  • Produced by us, unless clearly stated otherwise
  • Virus testing is available upon request (at the buyer’s expense)

If there is ever a concern upon arrival, we require:

  • Contact within 2 hours of FedEx delivery
  • An email with photos sent immediately so we can address the issue promptly

Genetics & Identification

Every incomplete dominant trait is ID’s with care and experience.

We consult other trusted breeders for difficult identifications.

Any traits we’re not completely confident in will be listed as “possible” and priced accordingly.

When it comes to recessive genetics, all “het” animals are guaranteed unless noted otherwise (e.g. 50%, 66% possible hats).
